Join us as a Volunteer Registration Assistant at our upcoming Girl Scout event! In this role, you will:
- Welcome and check in event attendees
- Distribute event materials
- Provide essential information to ensure a smooth and organized experience for all participants
- Help with registration set up (morning shift)
- Help with registration clean up (afternoon shift)
Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will help create a positive first impression and set the tone for an enjoyable event. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to Girl Scouts, your contribution will make a significant impact!
Ages: 14+ and adults welcome. (Under 16 must include adult for supervision.)
Wear closed toed shoes and bring a refillable water bottle.
Volunteers must submit a volunteer waiver. Check your confirmation email for the link.
A virtual volunteer information meeting will be held the week before the event. More details will be included in your confirmation email.
