Supports post-event breakdown, including:
- Packing supplies
- Dismantling booths
- Taking down signage
- Packing up retail store/loading van
- Partner/sponsor station tear-down
- Restoring the venue to its original state
- Help as needed with other volunteer roles before tear down begins
Volunteer Information
Ages: 13+ and adults welcome. (13 - 15 must register with an adult for supervision.)
Wear closed toed shoes and bring a full water bottle.
Volunteers must submit a volunteer waiver. Check your confirmation email for the link.
There will be a virtual volunteer information meeting on 4/7/25 at 6:30pm. Please look for the meeting link in your confirmation email. The meeting will also be recorded and emailed to all Volunteers.
